. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territories
Promote Mahindra Truck & Bus models and explain features & benefits
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
Maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and contractors
Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with customers and close sales effectively
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum
12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
1-3 years experience in
automobile / commercial vehicle sales
preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Must have
two-wheeler & valid driving license
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Willingness to travel extensively in the field
