Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products based on their requirements. Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and application techniques. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals. Promote new products and ongoing offers to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paint products, colors, and applications.

Store Operations

Ensure proper display and organization of products in the outlet. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the manager for replenishment. Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with store managers and team members to ensure smooth store operations. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related fields. 0-2 years of experience in retail sales; freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Basic knowledge of paint products and applications is an advantage. Proficiency in local language(s); knowledge of English is a plus.
