We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. This is a client-facing, on-field role that involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and actively acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly meet with existing and potential B2B and B2C clients to generate sales and foster long-term partnerships
Present company services, offerings, and travel packages in a compelling and professional manner
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and persuasion
Build and maintain a strong client database and ensure timely communication
Identify business trends and opportunities in the travel space and share insights with the internal team
Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a sales/client-facing role in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with on-field travel within Delhi NCR
Good knowledge of travel-related services (visas, packages, accommodations, etc.)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
