Key Responsibilities

Sell

Domestic & International Tour Packages

to customers (FIT & Group). Handle

end-to-end sales cycle

: enquiry ? consultation ? quotation ? follow-up ? closure. Achieve

monthly individual sales targets

. Build strong product knowledge of destinations, itineraries, pricing, and seasonal trends. Convert leads from WhatsApp, calls, social media, and walk-ins. Maintain customer database, booking details, and follow-up records. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high conversion rates. Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations and client requirements. Upsell and cross-sell activities (hotels, add-ons, activities, insurance). Maintain professionalism and represent the company in a customer-centric way.

Requirements

Excellent communication & convincing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / CRM platforms. Positive attitude, customer-first approach & result-oriented mindset. Immediate joiners preferred.
