Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell our Training & Certification Programs designed for blue-collar workers aspiring to work overseas. You will be responsible for counseling candidates, closing sales, and ensuring high conversion rates. Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential customers (e.g., construction workers, drivers, electricians, hospitality workers) interested in overseas jobs.

Promote Aurawoo's Training & Certification Program, explaining benefits and handling objections professionally.

Conduct telephonic or video counseling sessions to convert leads into enrollments.

Maintain and update CRM with lead data, follow-ups, and conversion details.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead generation.

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Provide post-sales support and assist candidates through onboarding. Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in education/training, recruitment, or overseas placement.

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to clearly explain training program benefits and ROI to candidates.

Target-driven with a strong focus on results.

Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.

Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
