Role Overview

The Sales Executive Trainee will assist in sales operations, client acquisition, and lead conversion activities. This traineeship provides structured training and hands-on exposure, leading to a full-time Sales Executive position based on performance. The role involves close collaboration with senior sales professionals to gain practical experience in real estate sales, customer engagement, and market operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior sales executives in lead generation and client acquisition. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and meetings. Understand client requirements and present suitable property options. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Maintain accurate client and lead records in internal databases. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews. Support site visits and client coordination as required. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good aptitude and convincing ability. Basic understanding of sales concepts (training provided). Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Quick learner with the ability to apply feedback effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word (preferred).
