Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and corporate travel inquiries.
Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
Achieve booking conversions through effective sales techniques.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and vendors.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.
Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel policies clearly.
Assist customers with documentation requirements such as visas, insurance, etc.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after booking.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and seasonal packages.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Tours & Travels sales
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle targets and close sales effectively.
Familiarity with travel portals and booking systems is an added advantage.
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
