Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory
Handle end-to-end sales process including cold calling, client meetings, product demo, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and field customers
Plan daily and monthly sales activities to achieve assigned targets
Handle client objections and provide effective solutions
Gather customer requirements and coordinate internal teams when required
Maintain accurate sales data, documentation, and follow-ups using CRM tools and Excel
Analyze customer needs and propose suitable business solutions
Ensure regular field visits and develop strong geographic knowledge of the assigned location
Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
Skills & Requirements:
Proven Experience in Retail Domain
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of retail market and local geography
Experience in achieving and handling sales targets
Knowledge of sales planning and sales processes
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills
Problem solver with a solution-oriented approach
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to travel and work in the field
