Job Summary:


The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the clinic's wellness services and programs. This role involves client engagement, consultations, lead conversion, and relationship management while ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell wellness programs, therapies, and membership plans Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend suitable programs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals Coordinate with wellness, therapy, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or fitness Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a results-driven approach Ability to work with targets and handle objections
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
