Exhibit strong ownership and accountability for complete Job order execution until full payment collections within stipulated time frame. Coordinate/ work closely with cross functional team and customer at all times to drive desired results. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), presentation skills and interpersonal abilities to conduct meetings. Drive for enhanced customer relationships with professional skill set towards creating a better work environment to exceed customer's expectations. Proactively communicate with customers with regular status updates and should drive meticulously to meet target timeline by mitigating the challenges/risks etc. upfront. Follow the right escalation processes both internally & externally to get things done on timely manner by taking overall ownership on execution without excuses. Conduct daily internal meeting to keep track of production schedules and drive all teams closely with circulation of RAIL actions daily to achieve desired results. Should be capable enough to stay updated with actual status at all times by collecting required updates/status from all cross functional team. Performance OTD for cross functional team's key accountabilities to be circulated on weekly basis. Look for change management system to control the scope of work, associated cost, throughout the life of the project. Experience using Microsoft Office. Provide excellent customer service, ensure customer satisfaction & notify on delays if any proactively. Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly. Other duties as assigned.
