We are hiring a

Shop Salesman (Male Only)

with

0 to 3 years of experience

for counter-based sales at our retail outlet in

Kolathur, Chennai

. The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, generating bills, and closing sales while achieving assigned targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Generate bills and collect payments Maintain product display, stock awareness, and counter cleanliness Coordinate with dealers and distributors for order handling Maintain daily sales records and reports Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Skills & Requirements

0 to 3 years of experience in shop or counter sales Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic billing and sales record knowledge Negotiation and convincing ability Willingness to work in a retail sales environment
