CredValue Developers is looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry. This is a remote role based in Chennai, with occasional visits to the office or client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Conduct virtual or in-person property presentations and site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Close deals and meet sales targets
Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate background preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable with remote work setup
Willing to travel locally for office-related work or site visits
