Key Responsibilities
Perform
cold calling from the office
to students, professionals, and corporate leads
Handle
inside sales activities
(no outside/field sales work)
Counsel candidates on IT courses, training programs, and career paths
Explain EdTech offerings, IT services, and learning solutions clearly
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT programs
Follow up with leads and ensure successful enrollment/conversion
Maintain lead data, CRM updates, and daily call reports
Coordinate with technical and academic teams when required
Meet daily and monthly enrollment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good English communication (mandatory)
Experience or exposure to
cold calling / tele-sales / counseling
Basic knowledge of IT domains such as:
Software Development
Web & Mobile Applications
Data Analytics
Cloud / AI / IoT (basic awareness is sufficient)
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and convincing manner
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Mandatory Requirement
Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
Valid driving license
Preferred Candidates
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in IT can apply
