We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in cold calling, on-site sales, and sponsorship acquisition. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in event management sales or corporate sponsorship sales and be confident in coordinating with HR Heads and senior stakeholders to secure sponsorships for company events.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential corporate sponsors through cold calling, emails, and on-site meetings.
Pitch event sponsorship opportunities to HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, and senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand sponsorship requirements and event objectives.
Conduct on-site sales meetings and presentations to close sponsorship deals.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective sponsors and track sales activities.
Negotiate sponsorship terms and ensure timely closures within defined timelines.
Follow up with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the sponsorship process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, and on-site/field sales.
Prior experience in event management sales or corporate sponsorship acquisition is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently interact with HR Heads and senior corporate stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Willingness to travel for on-site sales and client meetings.
Contract Details
This is a 6-month contractual role, with performance-based continuation possibilities.
