Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure sectors.

- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.

- Promote and sell construction-related products or services (e.g., precast, steel, cement, machinery).

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and project support.

- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field and MBA - Sales & Marketing.

- Proven sales experience in the construction or infrastructure domain.

- Strong industry contacts in Tamil Nadu or target region.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- English and Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
