Job Summary

Bluemoon Construction is seeking a proactive and result-driven

Sales Executive

with

1-2 years of experience in the construction industry

to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads for construction projects (residential & commercial) Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable construction solutions Present company profile, project details, BOQs, and quotations Coordinate with estimation, design, and site teams Conduct site visits and client meetings Negotiate pricing and close deals Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Civil/Construction background preferred)

1-2 years of proven experience in construction or real estate sales

Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costing basics Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage Willingness to travel locally for site visits
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives and commissions Career growth opportunities
