Responsibilities

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Handle returns of customers Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build trust relationships with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
