We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the mechanical/manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our products to industrial customers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mechanical/manufacturing industry.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in mechanical/manufacturing products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,011.97 - ₹24,908.92 per month
