Handle sales and market development of steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, sheets, coils, or pipes
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and B2B customer network
Achieve monthly sales volume, value, and collection targets
Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and customer follow-ups
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms as per company policy
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts teams for timely order execution
Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding receivables
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS
Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
MBA graduation is preferred
