DEPARTMENT : SALES AND MARKETING

ROLE REPORTS TO : SENIOR MANAGEMENT

LOCATION : INDIA with travel to other Asian and Middle East regions

Role Description



This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at The Viswa Group. The role involves developing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager responsibilities will include

Increase Sales Revenue through a combination of selling existing services (Fuel, Lube, Cylinder Lube, Water testing, Bunker Surveys, Digital Services such as Log Books) and new services to new customers and existing customers not using all the available services
Responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving agreed quantified objectives

Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Must be willing to travel internationally (mainly Asia and Middle East) Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Qualifications

PRE-REQUISITE

- Maritime Industry Background in Sales with minimum 7 years' experience

u A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, marine Engineering or related field.

u Strong closing skills

u Ability to present multiple product lines

u Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

u Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

u Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

u The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

u The ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
