Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers
Arrange and conduct test rides for customers
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Assist customers with documentation, financing, insurance, and registration
Follow up with prospective customers and generate leads
Maintain showroom display and product knowledge
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with service and delivery teams for smooth handover
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(preferred)
Proven experience in
two-wheeler or automobile sales
is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Must have a valid
two-wheeler driving license
