credit card or insurance sales

due to their strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients and explain immigration pathways, eligibility, and process.
Convert leads into successful applications through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
Provide detailed information about visa categories, documentation requirements, and service benefits.
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Guide clients through the initial stage of the immigration process with professionalism.
Collaborate with the counselling team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales.
Prior experience in
telecalling

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
