We are looking for a passionate and result-driven

Sales Executive

to lead one of our stores and drive both team performance and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain product knowledge to effectively explain features, benefits, and offers. Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the store. Handle billing, cash transactions, and customer queries professionally. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team for replenishments. Follow up with customers for repeat sales and feedback. Support store manager in store operations and promotional activities. Maintain high levels of customer service, adhering to company policies and standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in retail (fashion/apparel preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving ability. Knowledge of

sales reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising

. Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems. Flexible to work on weekends and retail hours. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline,
