Position: Sales Executive - Engineering Design Services (2-3 Years Experience | Hybrid)

Hybrid (Work from home + Office in Chennai)

Experience: 2-3 years in B2B technical sales, preferably in engineering or design services

Employment Type: Full-time

:

Drive sales of our engineering design services across industries such as Consumer Products, Medical products and Software.

Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking

Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualification:

2-3 years of experience in technical/B2B sales, preferably in engineering services or product design

Strong understanding of CAD/CAE tools and engineering workflows

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid work environment

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
