Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to grow our sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote our range of fresh grocery products. The ideal candidate should be target-driven and able to provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and guide them accordingly.
Provide information on special offers, promotions, and value-added services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Sales & Field Activities
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Visit retailers/wholesalers/customers regularly to promote products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect customer orders and coordinate with operations for smooth deliveries.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing.
Promote new product launches and seasonal offers.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with management.
Communicate customer feedback and market insights.
Assist with basic payment follow-ups when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, visits, and sales data.
Qualifications
Any Degree and BBA / MBA candidates are highly prefer.
0-2 years of experience in Sales (Freshers welcome).
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Confidence in handling customer queries.
Skills Required
Strong customer service mindset.
Good convincing & negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Strong relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
Attention to detail and good organization of calls, customer data & reports.
