Profile: Sales Executive (B2B SaaS / CPaaS)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3-5 years of experience

CTC: 3 LPA - 5 LPA

Work timing: 10 AM to 7 PM. Monday - Friday (flexible to work on Saturdays)

About the Role



We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who loves meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals. Customers -- identifying opportunities, meeting decision-makers, running demos, and driving revenue from start to ?nish.

fiey Responsibilities



Identify and visit potential business customers (SMBs and Enterprises) in Chennai and nearby regions. Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Marketing Heads) to understand their communication needs. Present cloud communication solutions and run live demos or product walkthroughs. Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.

Requirements



3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, Telecom, or CPaaS domain). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage high-value client relationships. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Comfortable with on-?eld meetings and travel within Chennai/Tamil Nadu. Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.

Preferred Sfiills



Exposure to cloud telephony, CPaaS, or SaaS solutions. Experience selling to tech, marketing, or support teams. Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
