Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

Present, promote, and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.

Conduct site visits, property tours, and negotiations to close sales deals.

Maintain an updated database of clients and properties.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Skills

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Strong understanding of the local property market and current trends.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Knowledge in MS Office.

Additional Information:



Working days

: Monday to Sunday - Rotational Weekly off

: Anna Nagar, Chennai & Puliakulam, Coimbatore.
