Job Description

A Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals. Their primary responsibilities include conducting market research to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media, setting up meetings with prospects, and delivering tailored product presentations and proposals.

They negotiate contracts, handle customer inquiries and objections, maintain CRM databases with accurate records, and ensure stock availability for sales demos while participating in trade shows or team meetings. Sales Executives track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets, provide post-sales support to foster retention, and analyze sales data to forecast trends and recommend improvements.
