Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate new leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and reports as required. Track and update sales activities in Excel or CRM tools regularly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Attend meetings, training sessions, and review calls as scheduled.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities. Good proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Ability to create basic reports, presentations, and maintain customer databases. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer relations is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel if required. Strong work ethic, target-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
