We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Ray-Ban Sunglasses retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion accessories, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their style preferences and requirements.
Demonstrate product knowledge of Ray-Ban sunglasses, lens types, frame materials, and latest collections.
Assist customers in selecting the right product and provide styling recommendations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and product arrangements.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reports.
Manage stock levels and ensure products are well-organized.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and brand guidelines.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of fashion, eyewear, or accessories (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude with a sales-driven mindset.
