Job Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients. Explain company projects, services, and offers clearly. Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems. Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:



Good communication and convincing skills (Tamil & basic English). Previous experience in telecalling or real estate (preferred but not mandatory). Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle client data. Positive attitude, discipline, and a target-driven mindset.
