Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and referrals to build a qualified pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Product Presentation and Demonstration:
Preparing and delivering tailored presentations or product demonstrations to showcase how the product or service solves the client's specific needs.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to internal teams (e.g., marketing and product development).
Sales Administration and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Sales CRM ) and generating regular reports for management.
After-Sales Support:
Providing initial after-sales support and coordinating with customer service or technical teams to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
