The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing corporate accounts, promoting our rooms, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The candidate should be confident, presentable, customer-focused, and capable of building strong partnerships with clients and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new corporate clients, travel agents, event planners
Promote hotel rooms, conferences, and long-stay & short stay packages
Conduct sales visits, property tours, and presentations
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with the operations and reservations team for seamless guest experience
Prepare sales reports and market analysis
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (hospitality or service industry preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of local corporate market
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
