Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads through various marketing channels (calls, visits, events, digital platforms).
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers.
Maintain positive business and client relationships to ensure future sales.
Participate in site visits, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.
Qualifications: For Freshers:
Any graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn about real estate sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
For Experienced Candidates (1-3 years):
Proven experience in real estate or direct sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle client objections and build long-term relationships.
Familiarity with local property markets and customer preferences.
