Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the successful delivery of products/services. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales team members.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Automotives Industry) Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
