Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (B2B or B2C).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
