The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, building strong relationships with students and parents, and promoting our educational programs effectively. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential students and parents through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system accurately.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Participate in counseling sessions, webinars, and promotional events as needed.
Handle objections and provide clear, informative responses to ensure high student satisfaction.
Generate daily and weekly sales reports and track performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
sales or counseling
, preferably in the
EduTech or education sector
.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic MS Office skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telesales, B2C sales, or student counseling.
Knowledge of online learning platforms or academic programs.
Multilingual ability is a plus (English + regional languages).
