Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of tiles and marble products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach new clients including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets for tile and marble products.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable products.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and quotations.

Marketing & Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products through digital platforms, trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.

Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and product displays.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain sales records, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and update CRM systems.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and showroom teams for timely delivery and order fulfillment.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in sales or marketing of building materials (tiles, marble, ceramics, etc.)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Knowledge of local construction and interior design market is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM so

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
