Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve repeat business and customer loyalty. Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or client management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
