As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our products/services to institutions, educational organizations, corporate clients, and government agencies. You will play a key role in the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
: Identify and target institutional clients (such as schools, colleges, corporate offices, hospitals, government agencies, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive sales.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Product Presentation & Demonstrations
: Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential institutional clients. Tailor presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitor activities. Use insights to improve sales approach.
Sales Negotiation & Closing
: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties. Successfully close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service
: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any concerns or queries and ensuring client satisfaction. Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build relationships with key institutional clients.
Communication
: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Relationship Management
: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key decision-makers.
Negotiation Skills
: Proficient in handling negotiations and closing deals.
Organizational Skills
: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales activities.
Tech-Savvy
: Comfortable with CRM software and other sales tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualification
: Any Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
