Job Description

The Sales Executive will represent JJ Jewellery Mart's brand excellence by offering exceptional service and assisting customers in finding their perfect piece.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their jewellery preferences Present and explain products including Gold, Diamond, Jadau Polki, Antique & Temple collections Maintain product knowledge to effectively upsell and cross-sell Handle billing, packaging, and basic stock updates Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English Pleasant personality and good communication skills
