Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to manage

real estate leads

for our property projects. The candidate will handle all incoming inquiries, communicate effectively with potential buyers via phone and WhatsApp, schedule and conduct site visits, and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.

This role focuses on

lead management and conversion

-- no independent lead generation is required.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming leads from online campaigns, website inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals. Call and engage with prospects promptly to understand their requirements and interests. Share property details, brochures, photos, and videos through WhatsApp and email. Schedule and coordinate

site visits

for interested clients. Provide detailed property explanations and highlight project features during site visits. Follow up with clients after site visits to address questions and move toward closing. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with the Sales Manager for price discussions, booking formalities, and documentation. Provide consistent updates to management on lead status, conversions, and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred).

1-4 years of experience

in real estate sales or hospitality guest relations. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and phone-based client communication. Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently. Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages a plus). Must be comfortable conducting property site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in selling plotted developments, villas, or resort-based real estate. Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems. Presentable personality with a professional and courteous attitude.

Compensation:



Fixed salary with attractive

incentives based on sales conversions

. Travel and mobile allowances (if applicable).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
