The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and market research.
Promote and sell the company's
ERP software solutions
and related products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business growth.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product demonstrations and solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and customer support.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
Location Coverage:
This role is open for candidates based in
Coimbatore, Chennai, and Madurai.
Coimbatore:
Experience in
ERP software sales
(any vertical).
Exposure to
Pharma ERP
or
Pharma product sales
will be an added advantage.
Chennai & Madurai:
Experience in
ERP software sales (any vertical)
and/or
FMCG sales (Primary & Secondary).
Experience in
Pharma or Supermarket product sales
will be considered an added advantage.
The selected candidates will handle clients and market development in their respective regions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in
software product sales
, with exposure to
ERP, FMCG, and Pharma
sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Proficiency in
Tamil and English
is mandatory.
