Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving showroom sales targets by promoting and selling two-wheelers to customers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting test rides, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Customer Handling

Attend walk-in customers and explain product features, variants, and pricing. Conduct test rides and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Follow up with potential customers to close deals. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new models and offers.

Documentation & Coordination

Collect and verify customer documents for finance and registration. Coordinate with insurance, finance, and delivery teams for smooth processing. Ensure accurate entry of customer and vehicle details in the DMS.

Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Participate in showroom events, campaigns, and outdoor sales activities. Maintain daily enquiry, follow-up, and delivery reports.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure excellent after-sales communication and maintain long-term customer relations. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
