Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily market visits across assigned areas in Madurai.
Meet with retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
Take daily orders from shops and ensure accuracy in order details.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive repeat sales and brand loyalty.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide feedback to management.
Ensure product visibility and proper placement in retail outlets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collect and submit payment details from customers (if applicable).
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG/retail preferred (Freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply).
Good knowledge of Madurai local markets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil & basic English.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and meet daily sales goals.
