Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and individual customers.
Handle inquiries, provide information about our services and convert leads into bookings.
Work closely with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct sales visits, presentations and participate in promotional activities/events.
Prepare regular sales reports and share market insights with management.
Maintain knowledge of competitors, market trends and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of
2 years of experience in sales
(hospitality/hotel sales experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
