A Sales Executive is responsible for driving the revenue growth of the company by discovering new sales prospects, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. They play a key role in expanding the client base and contributing to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
Set up meetings with potential clients to present products or services and address their needs.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints or objections.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client records.
Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and sales meetings.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
