Sales Executive - SaaS/HRTech

Position Summary

We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong SaaS sales fundamentals with advanced proficiency in AI-powered sales tools to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently.

Key Qualifications

Experience

2-4 years in SaaS sales with demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market strategies Experience in HRTech or selling to HR departments is advantageous
Technical Requirements

Must have expertise in at least one of the following AI sales tools (Clay preferred):

Clay for prospecting and data enrichment Salesforce for CRM management Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach

Primary Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure Leverage AI tools to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and messaging Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
