Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
1-3 years of sales experience (computer hardware / IT products / electronics industry preferred).
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude will also be considered.
Good understanding of PC components (monitors, cases, GPUs, RAM, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong English communication (spoken & written). Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam is an added advantage for Indian market coordination.
Basic numerical & logical reasoning ability (tested through aptitude).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and convert new B2B customers (computer shops and resellers).
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings (virtual & in-person).
Present company's hardware products, emphasizing unique features & benefits.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain a client database.
Negotiation & Closing
Handle client objections (pricing, delivery, warranty) and negotiate profitable deals.
Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Promote assigned products (e.g., PC cases, monitors, RAM, GPUs) as per company priority.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on latest computer hardware trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.
Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and competitor activities.
Suggest new promotional strategies or bundled offers to boost sales.
Order & Coordination
Work closely with logistics/documentation teams for order processing.
Ensure timely sharing of customer requirements, POs, and delivery schedules.
Support after-sales service by coordinating warranty/replacement requests.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in CRM.
Submit weekly reports on sales activities, achieved numbers, and market feedback.
Highlight risks or challenges early to management.
