We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling site visits, client interactions, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a field-based role at our project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customer inquiries at the site and provide project details.
Conduct site visits and explain features, benefits, and pricing of projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat/referral business.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with CRM/Back-office team for documentation and payment collection.
Stay updated on competitor projects, market trends, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals.
Willingness to work at site location (including weekends, with compensatory offs).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
